This disclosure is published under the federal Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act ("SAFE Act"), 12 U.S.C. §§ 5101 et seq.; Regulation H of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, 12 C.F.R. Part 1008; the Truth in Lending Act and Regulation Z, 12 C.F.R. § 1026.36; the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act and Regulation X; and applicable state mortgage licensing laws including the California Financing Law (Cal. Fin. Code § 22000 et seq.), California Residential Mortgage Lending Act (Cal. Fin. Code § 50000 et seq.), and California Real Estate Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 10000 et seq.).
Nature of Services
As a licensed mortgage loan originator, we receive applications and offer or negotiate the terms of residential mortgage loans on behalf of borrowers and lenders. As a licensed real-estate professional, we represent buyers, sellers, and investors in residential and commercial real-estate transactions. We are not a depository institution and do not take deposits. We are not a federal agency and our services are not endorsed by any federal or state agency.
Geographic Scope
We offer services in jurisdictions where we are properly licensed. The presence of information on the Site is not an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where we are not licensed. Specific products and programs may be available only in select states or to qualified borrowers.
No Lender Status Representation
We do not represent ourselves as a lender. We work with multiple wholesale, correspondent, and direct lenders to source mortgage solutions. Final loan approval and funding decisions rest with the lender of record, which is identified at application and disclosed on the Loan Estimate, Closing Disclosure, and Note.
