Statutory Basis

This Children's Privacy Notice is published under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506, and the FTC's COPPA Rule, 16 C.F.R. Part 312, as well as comparable state laws including the California "eraser law," Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 22581, and the California Age-Appropriate Design Code Act.

Audience of the Site

The Site at https://marcusnaulin.com is intended for adults seeking mortgage and real-estate information and services. The Site is not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13) and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under thirteen. We do not knowingly sell or share Personal Information of consumers under sixteen (16) without affirmative authorization where required by state law.

If We Discover Information from a Child

If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under thirteen without verifiable parental consent, we will delete the information promptly. Parental Rights

Information for Minors Aged Thirteen to Seventeen

Minors aged thirteen to seventeen who reside in California may request removal of content or information they have publicly posted on the Site under the "eraser law." Submit a request to contact@marcusnaulin.com.

School and Educational Use

We do not market services to children. If a school, district, or educational institution refers a minor to the Site, the institution must obtain parental consent in accordance with COPPA and the FTC's guidance on schools and student privacy.
