Statutory Basis

This Notice at Collection is provided under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100(b) and 11 C.C.R. § 7012, on or before the time at which Personal Information is collected from California consumers.

Purposes of Collection

To originate mortgage loans; provide real-estate brokerage services; communicate with you; verify identity; comply with legal obligations including HMDA, BSA, OFAC, RESPA, ECOA, TILA, and Reg B/Z; operate, secure, and improve the Site; and protect rights and safety. Sensitive Personal Information is used only as reasonably necessary for these purposes.

Sale or Sharing

We do not sell Personal Information for monetary consideration. We may share identifiers and internet/network activity for cross-context behavioral advertising only where you have not opted out and only in compliance with applicable law. We honor Global Privacy Control signals.

Retention

Retention periods are set forth in our Privacy Policy. Mortgage records are typically retained for at least the longer of 25 months under RESPA / Reg X or 10 years under California real-estate law; HMDA Loan Application Register data for 3 years; ECOA adverse-action records for 25 months; BSA records for 5 years.

How to Exercise Your Rights

California consumers may submit requests to know, correct, delete, opt out of sharing, limit use of Sensitive Personal Information, and designate an authorized agent at contact@marcusnaulin.com or (805) 377-5626. We respond within forty-five (45) days, with one extension of forty-five (45) days where reasonably necessary.

Authorized Agent

An authorized agent may submit requests with proof of authority (signed power of attorney or written authorization) and verification of the consumer's identity.

Non-Discrimination

We will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, provide different quality, or retaliate against you for exercising any privacy right.
