RESPA Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure

Notice

This is to give you notice that Marcus Naulin ("we," "us," or "our") has business relationships with the categories of settlement-service providers identified below. The nature of any relationship may include direct or indirect ownership interests, referral arrangements, employment relationships, or contractual partnerships of value to us. Because of these relationships, this referral may provide us with a financial or other benefit.

This disclosure is provided pursuant to Section 8 of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, 12 U.S.C. § 2607, and Regulation X, 12 C.F.R. § 1024.15.

The estimated charges or ranges are presented in good faith based on data available at the time of publication. Actual charges may vary based on transaction specifics and market conditions, and are itemized on the Loan Estimate (Form H-24) and Closing Disclosure (Form H-25).

Acknowledgment of Right to Shop

YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO USE ANY OF THE PROVIDERS DESCRIBED ABOVE AS A CONDITION OF SETTLEMENT OF YOUR LOAN OR PURCHASE/SALE OF YOUR HOME.

THERE ARE FREQUENTLY OTHER PROVIDERS AVAILABLE WITH SIMILAR SERVICES. YOU ARE FREE TO SHOP AROUND TO DETERMINE THAT YOU ARE RECEIVING THE BEST SERVICES AND THE BEST RATE FOR THESE SERVICES.

For services for which the lender-of-record will permit borrower-shopping, the "Written List of Providers" will be provided with your Loan Estimate and identifies at least one provider for each shoppable service.

No Compensation in Exchange for Referral

Section 8(a) of RESPA prohibits paying or receiving a fee, kickback, or thing of value pursuant to any agreement or understanding, oral or otherwise, that business incident to or part of a real-estate settlement service involving a federally related mortgage loan shall be referred to any person. Section 8(b) prohibits unearned fees. We comply with both prohibitions and do not accept or pay anything of value for referrals other than as expressly permitted under 12 C.F.R. § 1024.14(g) (e.g., bona fide salary or compensation for goods or services actually furnished).

Marketing Service Agreements

To the extent we have entered into a marketing service agreement ("MSA") with any settlement-service provider, the MSA is in writing, requires payment based on fair market value of services actually performed, and is monitored for compliance under CFPB Bulletin 2015-05 and applicable state law. A summary of any MSA in effect during the past twelve (12) months is available on request.

Acknowledgment

By signing your Loan Estimate or settlement statement that incorporates this Disclosure by reference, you acknowledge that you have read this disclosure form and understand that we are referring you to purchase the above-described settlement services and may receive a financial or other benefit as a result of the referral.
