This Marketing and Communications Consent Disclosure ("Disclosure") consolidates, in one place, the consents you may grant when you provide your contact information to Marcus Naulin ("we," "us," or "our"), the channels of marketing we operate, and the procedures for opting in and opting out.

  • Telephone calls (including any autodialed or pre-recorded calls).
  • SMS and MMS messages.
  • Email.
  • Direct mail.
  • Targeted advertising on social platforms and the open web.
  • Push notifications, where you have elected to receive them through a mobile application.

What You Are Consenting To

Frequency depends on the channel and your relationship with us. Email newsletters typically four (4) per month or fewer; SMS rate alerts up to four (4) per month; transaction status updates as needed; push notifications as you configure.

State and Federal Regulation

This Disclosure operates in conjunction with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the CAN-SPAM Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act, the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, the Oklahoma Telephone Solicitation Act, and other applicable state and federal laws. Where a particular law imposes more restrictive requirements, the more restrictive requirement controls.
