California

Real-estate broker activities are licensed under the California Department of Real Estate, License No. 01322846. Mortgage loan origination is conducted under the SAFE Act through the California Department of Real Estate or the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation, as applicable. Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 10240 mortgage-loan disclosure statement applies to all consumer mortgage transactions originated under the DRE.

Arizona

Activity in Arizona, where applicable, is conducted under the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions and is subject to A.R.S. § 6-901 et seq. Disclosures, advertising, and originator licensing follow A.A.C. R20-4-102 and SAFE Act requirements.

Texas

Texas activity, where applicable, is regulated by the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending and the Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner. Consumers may file complaints with the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending at 2601 N. Lamar Blvd., Suite 201, Austin, TX 78705, 1-877-276-5550, or by visiting sml.texas.gov. A toll-free consumer hotline is available at the same number. The disclosure required by 7 TAC § 80.200 is available on request.

Florida

Florida activity, where applicable, is licensed by the Office of Financial Regulation under Chapter 494, Florida Statutes. Loan-originator licenses must be displayed on solicitation materials.

Nevada

Nevada activity, where applicable, is regulated by the Nevada Mortgage Lending Division pursuant to Chapter 645B, Nevada Revised Statutes.

Oregon

Oregon licensure, where applicable, is held with the Oregon Division of Financial Regulation. Disclosures meet the requirements of OAR Chapter 441, Division 880.

Washington

Washington activity, where applicable, is regulated by the Washington Department of Financial Institutions, Division of Consumer Services, under RCW 19.146 (Mortgage Broker Practices Act).
